These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Find AZ, including the website, account dashboard, trial access, downloads, licenses, and support services (the “Service”). Find AZ is operated by OEG Consulting Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India (“Find AZ”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Licenses and acceptable use

Your account and license are for the plan, seat limit, and usage rights shown in your account dashboard or checkout confirmation. Use Find AZ responsibly and only with files and systems you are authorized to access. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent licensing of the Service, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Trials

We may offer trial access so you can evaluate Find AZ. Trials are provided as-is and may change or end at our discretion.

Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges, including any recurring charges for subscription plans until you cancel. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Find AZ, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by OEG Consulting Pvt Ltd and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the Service and do not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find AZ and OEG Consulting Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
