Find AZ, operated by OEG Consulting Pvt Ltd, offers a full refund within 14 days of payment. If the product is not a fit, contact support from the email address used for purchase and we will refund your order.
How to request a refund
Send your request to support@findaz.app within 14 days of payment. We may ask for basic account or payment details, such as the purchase email or order reference, to locate your order.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Once processed, it can take several business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. When a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated.
